How We Create Your Personalized Content

Your TinyTunes order is created using the first name and optional details you provide, and the character you build using our character creator (for example, the character's look, age range, and outfit).

TinyTunes does do not collect, request, or process photographs of any child. The animated character is a stylized, made-up character — it is not based on a photograph or the likeness of any real child. This information is used only to create and deliver the content you order. The child's first name and any details you provide are used solely to create and deliver your order. We do not use a child's information for marketing or advertising, and we do not share it with advertising partners.

Third-party AI providers.

To create the content you order, your information is processed by established third-party AI services, strictly for fulfillment: The first name and details you provide are processed by a third-party AI service to write the song's lyrics. The character options you select are processed by a third-party AI image service to generate the stylized animated character. The song's audio and the animated video are generated by additional third-party AI services, each using only the content needed for that step. These providers are permitted to process your content only to fulfill your order, not for their own purposes. We have opted out of model training with these providers wherever that option is offered, and we do not use your content for product development or future generations beyond fulfilling your order. Some providers may briefly retain inputs under their own security or operational policies; where provider-side deletion is supported, we will request it as part of a verified removal request.

TinyTunes content is created by adults on behalf of children. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have their permission to create personalized content featuring that child. We do not collect biometric identifiers, photographs, or likenesses of any child. The animated character is a stylized, made-up character built from the options you select. The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

If you are the parent or guardian of a child whose personal information has been provided to us, or you believe content featuring your child was created without proper consent, you may contact us using the details below and we will review the matter and remove the content as appropriate. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information

The character options and order details you submit are retained only as long as needed to generate and deliver your order. Preview links expire automatically 48 hours after they are created, after which the preview is permanently deleted. Finished songs, videos, and their share links are retained until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time and we will action it.
